Firesteel Resources Inc.
is a CDNX - listed (FTR) resource and exploration company. Since its
inception, Firesteel has consistently exploited its three main
strengths.
Firesteel's financing has traditionally come both from the investment industry and from the geological community. The Company has recently established new financial relationships with a global network of companies involved in the financing of junior resource companies. Firesteel is embarking on an aggressive course of project evaluation, exploration and drilling. The recent downturn in our Industry is providing many excellent projects for acquisition. The Strategy |
Firesteel Resources was formed with the
specific intent to identify and acquire majority interests in
undervalued projects with an emphasis on very large base and precious
metal deposits. The projects are acquired on the basis of extensive
research and evaluation of large prospective geological terrains. The
Company enjoys an ongoing income from oil and gas production which
finances annual operations. The dramatic increase of natural gas prices
in 2000 had led to improved earnings. Firesteel intends to investigate
the possibility of participating in the drilling of additional oil and
gas in Canada - particularly on Firesteel lands in the Sundance
area." Firesteel's personnel have a history of committing their own financial and technical resources to the initial evaluation of prospective properties to enhance their long term value to Firesteel shareholders. In select situations the Company will enter into joint-ventures with other resource companies to continue property development. |
