Firesteel is an exploration-stage junior mining Company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of prospective precious and base metal properties in Canada and Mexico. Firesteel also has an investment in the common shares of an oil and gas company operating in Alberta. The Company's objective is to enhance shareholder value by identifying and securing early-stage exploration opportunities and developing them to more advanced stages. In pursuit of this goal, the Company relies on in-house and contracted resources and research to generate exploration targets. In selected situations, Firesteel will option properties of merit and consider participation by other companies in joint venture operations. The Company's management and board of directors have extensive experience in exploration, operations, business and corporate finance.

For the past several years Firesteel has been exploring for and discovering quality precious and base metal prospects in the resource rich Stikine Arch area of Northwestern British Columbia. The Company has been focusing on this area primarily because of management's expertise there and the large number of excellent targets where considerable exploration, development and mining activity has been undertaken by other junior and senior mining companies.

Additionally, Firesteel has minerals prospects in the NWT and in Mexico.
